BinSaqib ("we", "us", "our") is a Pakistani e-commerce brand selling tech accessories and consumer electronics. By placing an order on our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Parcel Opening Policy
Do not open the parcel in front of the delivery rider unless it is a Cash on Delivery order and you have not yet paid. Once the parcel is accepted and payment is made, BinSaqib is not responsible for any damage claims linked to improper unboxing.
Customers are encouraged to record a continuous, unedited video while opening any parcel. This video serves as evidence in case of a dispute or damage claim and is required when reporting a faulty product.
Any tampered, resealed, or opened packaging that has been refused for no legitimate reason will not be subject to a refund or replacement.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, the customer is liable to pay the delivery fee regardless of whether they accept or refuse the parcel. This fee covers the cost already incurred by BinSaqib with the courier.
Repeated refusals or false addresses may result in the customer being blocklisted from future orders on the platform.
BinSaqib reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
3. Damaged or Faulty Product Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, you must report it to us within 1–2 business days of delivery. Reports made after this window will not be accepted.
To file a damage or fault claim, you must provide:
An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed parcel before opening
Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty product
Your order number and contact details
Upon verification, BinSaqib will replace the faulty product free of charge as part of our quality guarantee. We will arrange and bear the cost of delivering the replacement to you.
The customer is responsible for the delivery fee of the return parcel when sending the faulty product back to us. This is a one-time fee; BinSaqib covers all costs after the return is received.
No returns will be accepted on the grounds that the customer "changed their mind" or "did not like the product." All sales are final unless the product is confirmed defective or incorrectly described.
4. Delivery Terms
BinSaqib delivers across all major cities in Pakistan. Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may not be possible.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delays due to courier operations, public holidays, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
BinSaqib is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where applicable. Customers are responsible for tracking their own shipment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. BinSaqib reserves the right to refuse COD for specific locations or order values.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our platform are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
BinSaqib reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.
In case of a pricing error on our website, we are not obligated to honour that price and will contact you before proceeding or cancelling the order.
Payments made online are processed through secured third-party gateways. BinSaqib does not store your card information.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
BinSaqib collects personal information (name, phone number, address, email) solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
We may share your data with courier partners strictly for the purpose of order delivery.
By placing an order, you consent to receiving order confirmation and status updates via SMS or WhatsApp.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.
7. Product Warranty
Products sold by BinSaqib are covered by our quality assurance policy, not a manufacturer's warranty, unless explicitly stated.
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to inspection. Physical damage, water damage, or improper use voids any warranty.
Warranty period, if applicable, will be mentioned on the product listing page.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the BinSaqib platform — including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of BinSaqib and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Third-party brand names mentioned are used for identification purposes only. BinSaqib is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless explicitly stated.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from transactions on BinSaqib shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
BinSaqib complies with the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002 and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 of Pakistan.
Consumer rights are protected under the applicable provincial Consumer Protection Acts of Pakistan.
10. Limitation of Liability
BinSaqib's maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform.
BinSaqib is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control including natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, or government actions.
11. Changes to This Policy
BinSaqib reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
